The Society organizes various events, in order to promote awareness of its activities, and to give access to its members to the investigated results of its committees on the newest concerning thermal and nuclear power generation engineering technologies.

The Society holds
an annual Convention, which starts with a commemoration ceremony. There are lectures on current topics, presentation of papers by specialists in various fields, and related technical visits, etc. In the ceremony, the Society honors long standing members and their contribution to the Society, Goto Seitaro痴 prize winners, paper prize winners, and longtime employees working in power generation. This convention is useful to facilitate the acquisition and exchange of the latest knowledge on related technologies between members. |
